FAQs
-
Your choice. Your site is built on whatever platform fits your business best — Wix, Squarespace, Google Sites, Shopify, WordPress, Payhip, and more. Not sure which one is right for you? Share what you're building and you'll get help deciding before we start.
-
A custom-designed website built on the platform you choose, designed around your brand and your goals. Your tier determines how many pages are designed, and every order includes 2 rounds of revisions, with your first draft delivered within 2–3 business days.
-
That depends on the tier you select — each tier covers a set number of designed pages. Check your chosen tier for the exact count. Need more pages than your tier includes? Reach out before we begin and your options will be laid out for you.
-
Every order includes 2 rounds of revisions. That's your chance to fine-tune layout, colors, fonts, and where everything sits until the site feels like yours. Need changes beyond the two rounds? Those can be arranged for an additional fee.
-
Your first draft lands within 2–3 business days. Revision rounds may extend the final timeline slightly.
-
In most cases, no. Most platforms support team members or collaborator access, so your personal login stays private. In the rare case your platform doesn't support that, you'll set a temporary password for the duration of the project — which you can change as soon as your site is delivered.
-
Absolutely. Just place a new order for each website you'd like designed.
-
Your satisfaction matters, and every site is worked on until it's right. Because this is custom design work, refunds follow this structure:
- Before your first draft (no work started yet): 100% refund, minus a $5 transfer fee.
- After your first draft is delivered, before revisions begin: up to 50% refund.
- Once revisions have started or your site is delivered: no refund, since the full service has been completed.
-
To keep this service focused on design, the following are not included:
- Product uploads or data entry
- Inventory management or maintenance
- Product descriptions or copywriting
- Ongoing site updates or maintenance
- Full e-commerce setup beyond basic structure
